Liam’s clear vision of partnering with customers to deliver sophisticated supply chain solutions has ensured that PCH has stayed ahead of manufacturing, technology and global business trends. He has lived 23 years in China and is recognized as a thought leader in strategic sourcing, new product introductions, supply chain management, sustainability and startup initiatives. Liam is on the board of the California College for the Arts and the UC Berkeley Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation.

Ensuring an engaging NPI & Manufacturing process, efficiency, and sustainability, our NPI & Manufacturing business unit delivers operational excellence during NPI and Manufacturing project phases, for our customers. Valerie heads up our NPI & Manufacturing BU. She has over 16 years of PCH operational experience in China. Valerie has a BA in French literature from Sun Yat-Sen University, and a MA in French modern literature from Université Paris 8.

Sustainability is at the core at everything we do and at every step of the product journey. Alan works with our customers to embed the shared ideals of the circular economy. We are proud members of the UN Global Compact and publish an annual report that meets or exceeds the General Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines. Alan has a bachelors in BEng in electrical engineering from the University of Limerick and an MSc in renewable energy technologies from Universität Oldenburg, Germany.

Brands are taking their products direct to consumers as they pursue a 1:1 relationship enabled by digital technology. Our postponement, customization and dropship solutions enable brands to respond directly to customer needs. Joe is responsible for PCH’s global D2C and B2B supply chain solutions, from our facilities in China to consumers doors worldwide. Joe has worked with global brands for over 25 years, providing sustainable end to end supply chain solutions. He holds an MBA from Leicester University and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics.

Andrew has vast experience spanning across many industries and geographies that include consumer retail products, consumer packaged goods, mobile devices, smart home and commercial appliances, industrial and capital equipment, healthcare / medical devices, robotics, aerospace & defense, automotive, and luxury goods.

Holds an Executive MBA from Wharton School of Business – University of Pennsylvania, MBA/Undergraduate degrees from the University of South Florida, and Strategy/Sales Certifications from Columbia Business School New York.

Michael is responsible for development and integration of financial products into PCH’s offerings. Michael has worked in financial services and technology for more than two decades, with a focus on cross border trade and international markets. Michael holds an MBA from London Business School.

Helping our customers make the best decisions for their business, we have developed a suite of proprietary intelligent software solutions (FLO 360) that provide our customers with valuable real-time insight, visibility and predictability into their supply chain operations. Bill has over 25 years of experience driving technology innovation and IT capabilities in multinational businesses. He holds a joint honors degree in computer science and economics from University College, Cork, and Hdip applied sciences degree.

Our purpose guides us to share our experience and expertise. We partner with our customers to deliver products from concept to consumer. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain operations and services across multiple sectors, Richard builds lasting customer partnerships that provide value and peace of mind at every step of the product journey. Richard received his bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy from University College Dublin.

With deep insight into business, supply chain and technology trends, Zixiao is responsible for identifying our growth opportunities within a variety of industries. She helps define and shape differentiated partnerships that support our intelligent supply chain services. Zixiao has held a variety of leadership positions in corporate strategy, product management and new revenue stream development. She earned a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University and has a B.S.E. degree from Tsinghua University, China.

The business development group is focused on understanding customers’ critical pain points, maximizing their business results, and developing long-term partnerships based on trust, results and shared value. As the leader of our business development group, Roee works cross functionally to develop compelling offerings that return value to customers. With over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business operator and business development executive, Roee holds an MBA from MIT and B.Sc. engineering degree from the TLV University.

The product development team helps customers bring their products to market quickly, efficiently and aligned with industrial design intent and business and sustainability goals. With 25 years of experience and expertise in development, manufacturing, and supply chain, we incorporate design-for-manufacturing (DFM) early in product development phase to reduce risk, accelerate time-to-market, and create reliable products at scale. Paul is an entrepreneurial technology leader with over 25 years’ experience developing new technologies and bringing them to market internationally. With experience in aerospace, biomedical, industrial, automotive and consumer sectors, Paul has a broad technology background. Paul holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering.

PCH has over 1000 strategic suppliers in our network whom we utilize, depending on customer requirements. With our asset-light business model, in which PCH does not own manufacturing operations, we are able to select the best supplier partners for each customer and manage production to optimize for quality, safety, speed-to-market, cost and sustainability. Peter identifies, selects, audits and manages our supplier partners to deliver the best value to our customers at every step of production. Peter is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and holds a BA, BAI in electronic and computer engineering.
