Liam’s clear vision of partnering with customers to deliver sophisticated supply chain solutions has ensured that PCH has stayed ahead of manufacturing, technology and global business trends. He has lived 23 years in China and is recognized as a thought leader in strategic sourcing, new product introductions, supply chain management, sustainability and startup initiatives. Liam is on the board of the California College for the Arts and the UC Berkeley Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation.

Sustainability is at the core at everything we do and at every step of the product journey. Alan works with our customers to embed the shared ideals of the circular economy. We are proud members of the UN Global Compact and publish an annual report that meets or exceeds the General Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines. Alan has a bachelors in BEng in electrical engineering from the University of Limerick and an MSc in renewable energy technologies from Universität Oldenburg, Germany.

Brands are taking their products direct to consumers as they pursue a 1:1 relationship enabled by digital technology. Our postponement, customization and dropship solutions enable brands to respond directly to customer needs.

Jennifer is responsible for PCH’s global B2B and D2C supply chain solutions, from our facilities to retail channels and consumers doors worldwide.

With 20+ years of experience providing sustainable end to end supply chain solutions, Jennifer has established an extensive logistics network that can meet increased consumer demand.

Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Jilin University.

The product development team helps customers bring their products to market efficiently, ensuring alignment with industrial design intent, business and sustainability goals. With 25 years of experience and expertise in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain management, we incorporate design-for-manufacturing (DFM) early in product development cycle to reduce risk, accelerate time-to-market, and create reliable products at scale. With 20+ years experience spanning start-ups to multinational corporations, Carlos has a proven track record bringing complex and innovative products from design to mass production. Carlos holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Helping our customers make the best decisions for their business, we have developed a suite of proprietary intelligent software solutions (FLO 360) that provide our customers with valuable real-time insight, visibility and predictability into their supply chain operations. Bill has over 25 years of experience driving technology innovation and IT capabilities in multinational businesses. He holds a joint honors degree in computer science and economics from University College, Cork, and Hdip applied sciences degree.

Our purpose guides us to share our experience and expertise. We partner with our customers to deliver products from concept to consumer. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain operations and services across multiple sectors, Richard builds lasting customer partnerships that provide value and peace of mind at every step of the product journey. Richard received his bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy from University College Dublin.

With 25 years of experience in engineering, operations, organisational structure and people strategy, Seamus engages with all of our stakeholders to build highly effective teams, ensuring we deliver on our Purpose. Seamus received his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology from University of Limerick.

PCH has over 1000 strategic suppliers in our network whom we utilize, depending on customer requirements. With our asset-light business model, in which PCH does not own manufacturing operations, we are able to select the best supplier partners for each customer and manage production to optimize for quality, safety, speed-to-market, cost and sustainability. Peter identifies, selects, audits and manages our supplier partners to deliver the best value to our customers at every step of production. Peter is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and holds a BA, BAI in electronic and computer engineering.

Our multi-line pack out facility is core to our supply chain solutions, improving fulfilment efficiency and accounting for fluctuating demand. Flexible configurations support high-volume and high-mix/low-volume needs for different geographies and channels.

With 15+ years of operations management experience, Jason leads our cross-functional kitting and fulfillment teams, delivering scalable, streamlined processes that achieve the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Yunnan University of Economics and Finance and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
