Our unique inventory management and postponement system reduces typical overstock concerns. When a client's products are manufactured, they are then shipped to our facility in Shenzhen. From here, we help clients manage the process and act as a partner with manufacturers. We offer finishing touches such as customization, packaging, and shipping around the world. We also help clients maximize the flexibility of their inventory cycle by postponing final customization and delivery until the moment the product is needed.

We work with clients to analyze their needs and forecast timelines improving overall efficiency and removing the concern associated with unused stock sitting in a warehouse and managing production to keep cost and waste at a minimum.

To support this process, our proprietary software systems, Transflo and Statusflo, provide near real-time data on inventory, capacity, raw materials, billing and shipping. This allows clients instant, frequently updated access to their supplies and orders.
