PCH chooses the best available suppliers and consistently exceeds client requirements in relation to cost, quality, service and manufacturing capability. PCH establishes strategic relationships with suppliers, working closely with them to provide highly optimised product supply solutions to clients.
PCH endeavours to use socially compliant suppliers that are ISO certified with corporate policies and procedures complying with social responsibility requirements. Any work carried out on behalf of PCH must be performed in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the regions where PCH operates.

PCH/CTS is committed to operating a secure supply chain for all its clients. To support this the organisation has initiated a project to implement a Supply Chain Security Management System based on the ISO 28000 International Standard on Supply Chain Security and has been certified in ISO 28000 International Standard on Supply Chain Security.
