All supplier facilities are ISO 9001:2000 approved at a minimum. Suppliers are inspected by local PCH staff and receive regular visits by PCH management. PCH chooses the best available suppliers and consistently exceeds client requirements in relation to cost, quality, service and manufacturing capability. PCH establishes strategic relationships with suppliers, working closely with them to provide highly optimised product supply solutions to clients.
PCH endeavours to use socially compliant suppliers that are ISO certified with corporate policies and procedures complying with social responsibility requirements. Any work carried out on behalf of PCH must be performed in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the regions where PCH operates.
To further support its commitment to the client and also to the community PCH has undertaken a program on environmental management and is seeking certification to ISO 14001.
